If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.

You must provide the invoice or proof of purchase (such as delivery note or order confirmation).
Rewazh reserves the right to reject a return if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts due to reasons not caused by us.
2. Return Shipping
You are responsible for shipping the return package to our address.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please clearly mention your Rewazh Order ID and your name on the package and share your return tracking details via email or WhatsApp.

3. Refunds
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected and verified.
We’ll notify you about the status of your refund within 7 working days of receiving the item.
For Prepaid Orders
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking).
Refunds generally reflect in your account within 10–15 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.
Note: If a prepaid order is refused or returned without acceptance, a return processing fee of ₹290 will be deducted before issuing the refund.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
If approved, a one-time coupon code (equal to your return amount) will be issued to you via email and WhatsApp (+91 7009049626).
This coupon can be used for your next purchase and is valid for one month from the date of issue.
Please do not share your banking information with anyone over phone, SMS, or email for safety reasons.
Discounted Orders
If a discount coupon or promotional offer was used during purchase, the discounted amount will be deducted in full from the total refund amount (not proportionally).
4. Exchange Policy
We only replace items that have a manufacturing defect or were damaged during delivery.

We will assist you in sending the product back and dispatching a replacement after verification.
5. Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any cancellation fee.

Refunds for prepaid orders will be made to the original payment method.

If a customer repeatedly cancels prepaid orders, future refunds may be provided only as a coupon code.
After Shipment
If you request a cancellation after your order has been shipped, a flat fee of ₹500 will be deducted to cover logistics and processing costs.
